Shipping policy

Ertiud offers free standard shipping on all orders to supported delivery addresses in the United States. There is no minimum purchase. Enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

Shipping cost and delivery time

• Standard shipping: $0.00 USD.
• Order cutoff: 12:00 noon Eastern Time (New York), Monday through Friday.
• Order handling: 1–3 business days to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier.
• Transit time: 6–9 business days after the carrier receives your package.
• Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days, including handling and transit.

For orders placed before noon on a business day, the estimate starts that day. For orders placed at or after noon, on a weekend, or on a holiday, the estimate starts on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather or carrier disruptions.

Address changes and delivery questions

If your delivery address is incorrect, email us as soon as possible. Include your order number and the corrected address. Changes may no longer be possible once the package is in transit.

If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, email info@ertiud.com with your order number so we can check the shipment.
